Living with Endometriosis

Endometriosis can give you pain in many different ways: from added problems during your menstruation cycle, to sexual intercourse and to each bathroom visit. It can also become a barrier to pregnancy. This is because it can spread tissue from the lining of your uterus to other regions, such as your ovaries.

With the spreading and then your cycle, the tissue eventually has nowhere else to go, and harms the working tissue that aids your other organs. Simply put, it's a foreign substance taking time from your body performing its necessary functions.

A lot of this could be aligned with diarrhea and cramping, whereas it's just another period of the month. You could have irritable bowels, and if that's the case while living with endometriosis, then it could lead to more serious problems. It is better if you don't have to miss out on daily life, including work and good times with friends, because of such intense pain. It could even result in depression and anger.

Many of the best ways to help these conditions and restore womens health is a holistic approach. Sometimes a bit of pampering can also be therapeutic as well as provide optimal treatment, such as a warm bubble bath. It can ease cramping and naturally detox any woman.

Words from our In House Expert

dr.-dave-bordered.jpg  Dr. Dave States: This common female problem is related to an abnormal inflammation of the internal tissues of the female organs.  Feeding this tissue with proper nutrients and cleansing the area is key to revitalization of this soft tissue.  Alkalization is key to success as well as making sure that the individual stays away from sugar of any sort.  We have many specific female organ support systems on the site.
