Impacted Bowel

Constipation can become highly frustrating, as it holds you back from regular bowel movements. There is no rhyme or reason for when a bowel movement can happen, so it depends on each individual. However, you should have at least three a week. Even if you are able to go to the bathroom, your stool could be different from your usual trips.

With such frustration of trying not to hold back, you could feel bloated or irritated in your midsection. Your endless straining on the toilet could be in vain, too. There symptoms are all associated with constipation. While it is a tad more common in older adults, anyone can be faced with this problem.

If your colon is acting up through too much water consumption, then you could have an impacted bowel. There are many ways to improve your gastrointestinal health, and you can start with holistic nutrition. Maintain a diet free of many fatty foods and sugary drinks. Take more time to walk around the neighborhood, or get in added gym work. Drink plenty of water to help flush your system, and it could spell a quick end to your bowel problems.
