Heart Flutter

One aspect of arrhythmia is atrial fibrillation. This is the most common form of arrhythmia, and it could come on without symptoms. Atrial fibrillation, otherwise known as A-fib, is an irregular heartbeat or heart flutter. Think of a fuse panel that connects electricity to different parts of a house. All fuses must work properly to maximize electricity. If one blows out, possibly due to outlets being overused, then a number of appliances also go out. Until the fuse is fixed, you are set to work other fuses more by plugging in those devices through other outlets.

Blood flow is similar to electricity in that it must be maximized to have regular heartbeats. If ventricles, just like fuses, are blown, then you could have a higher heart rate through more beats to make up for the loss. With decreased blood flow throughout the body, you could experience heart flutter, as well as weakness and fatigue.

Turn to cardiovascular health to help decrease the effects of atrial fibrillation. Since it can be common, then you can take common steps for health and healing. Get outside and walk around the neighborhood, or tend to your garden. These are fun ways to improve your health, as well as spend time with friends and family that will improve your mental state as much as physical. Sometimes a good way to heal comes in a hearty laugh, which can be achieved through watching or reading a comedy.

Words from our In House Expert

dr.-dave-bordered.jpg   Dr. Dave States: Typically this would be localized to checking out the heart.  But, it is really an electrical issue with the nervous system kicking the body into overdrive all the time with a sense of falling behind.  Remember that the mind rules the body, and especially the heart.  Taking different antioxidants like protandim and giving the heart good nutrient basis is a great way to make the heart happy again.  L-arginine is one that should be investigated in depth.  Also CoQ10 is essential for proper heart function.  Healthy omegas and flax seed are paramount.  Many different cardio combinations are available sitewide.
